Here are your instructions:

• Press C to clear all painted triangles.
• Press B to reset the view.
• Press F to zoom in on the face.
• Use right/left arrow keys to select a body part.
• Hold SHIFT while dragging to zoom in and out.
• Click on the body to 'paint' the affected areas. The closer you are zoomed in, the smaller area that is painted.
• Hold E while painting to erase.
